Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking motivated individuals to become financial advisors, building a personal practice with the backing of a nationwide team. You’ll complete a comprehensive training program, obtain required licenses, and start earning as you grow your client base.

You’ll work with a branch team, home-office support, and regional advisors to develop tailored financial strategies, support long-term client relationships, and achieve personal and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience required.
• Financial services licensing or certification required or pursued.
• Professional and/or military career progression considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to acquire new clients through face-to-face and virtual channels.
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized, comprehensive financial plans.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience per policy and regulation.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan for results.
• Create an engaging, respectful, accountable branch environment.
