This role offers a lucrative, uncapped compensation mix including base plus bonuses, profit sharing and incentive travel, with ongoing training and a path to long-term client

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services with clients.
• State licenses preferred; CFP/CRPC designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to acquire new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs and create personalized investment strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to implement the branch business plan.
• Maintain registrations and complete required regulatory trainings.
