Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to build client relationships and grow a personal practice with support from a branch and home-office network.

You will develop long-term financial plans for clients, require regulatory licensing, and participate in a structured training program designed to help you succeed in a client-first business model across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services experience and/or sales experience is desirable.
• Regulatory licensing/certification in financial services is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients' needs to develop personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the business plan for results.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch founded on trust and accountability.
