As an advisor you’ll build relationships, understand clients’ needs, and deliver personalized investment strategies while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong communications skills and self-motivation required.
Experience in financial services and client work is essential.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver suitable investment solutions.
State licenses preferred; CFP® or similar designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
Understand clients' needs and goals to deliver personalized strategies.
Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
Create a collaborative, accountable branch environment.
Complete ongoing training and maintain licenses in good standing.
Maintain a firm-provided branch office in the community.
Provide client support to lighten the workload and focus on advising.
Leverage a broad support network from client services to home office.
