Job summary

The Piedmont Group is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to build a long-term client book through comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions in a performance-based environment.

You will develop new client relationships, provide personalized financial recommendations, and operate under high ethical standards to help individuals, families, and business owners reach their financial goals. Licensing assistance is available to get you fully qualified.

Qualifications

• License Requirement: Applicants must hold current Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses, along with an active Life and Health Insurance license, at the time of hire. If you are not already licensed, The Piedmont Group will assist with preparation for the required licenses.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to develop and grow a client base.
• High ethical standards and commitment to acting in clients' best interests.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis.
• Develop customized financial strategies based on each client's goals and risk tolerance.
• Recommend appropriate investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing service.
• Stay current on financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
• Provide financial planning support to clients
• Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships
• Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy
