Job summary

You will build client relationships, deliver personalized financial strategies, and develop a long-term book of business with comprehensive training and high income potential in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• No need for Visa sponsorship.
• Must be a local candidate.
• Obtain licensure prior to onboarding: Life & Health, SIE, and 66.
• Prior sales experience and/or bachelor's degree.
• Clean Form U4 (no disclosures).
• Experience in financial advising, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive financial assessments and develop tailored investment and insurance strategies.
• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand client portfolios.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with our team and deliver exceptional client service.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions.
• Proficiency in utilizing marketing resources to promote financial services and attract potential clients.
• Ability to guide clients through financial planning complexities, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their decisions.
