The Piedmont Group seeks a motivated Financial Advisor in Georgia to build a long-term book of business, provide tailored financial planning, and guide clients toward their goals with ethical, professional service.

Licenses required: Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) and Life/Health; 1–2 years in financial services preferred. Strong relationship skills and a scalable, performance-based compensation model.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• License assistance available for unlicensed candidates.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to develop and grow a client base.
• High ethical standards and client-first approach.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis.
• Develop customized financial strategies based on client goals and risk.
• Recommend investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with regular reviews.
• Stay current on financial markets, products, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and regulatory compliance.
• Meet or exceed sales and production goals.
