Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

  • Location: Fully Remote (US based)

Role Overview

Join an expanding sales team, where you’ll guide individuals during key moments in their financial journeys. In this role, you’ll help customers understand their retirement options — including 401(k)s and IRAs — and make informed decisions about their savings. From onboarding to transitions, you’ll be a trusted source of guidance.

This company support career growth and advancement, offering a clear path to senior-level roles and higher earning potential. Compensation includes a solid base salary plus variable performance incentives tied to specific goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide retirement account guidance during job transitions and other milestones
  • Explain account types and help customers align plans with their goals
  • Educate clients on their plan options and differences
  • Strengthen relationships and build trust with customers

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales setting
  • FINRA 7 & 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain them quickly after hire)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior phone-based or inbound sales experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Understanding of retirement plans, IRAs, and investment products
  • Goal-oriented mindset

This is a remote position.
