What You Do In This Role:

As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business prospects and establishing relationships with potential clients within advisory, risk management, fee-based planning, and private wealth and trust services. This is an excellent position for a self-starter that has always held a deep fascination with Financial Services.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You have 1-2 years in a sales-related role or have deep industry knowledge from a prior profession.
• You have a competitive spirit and are not afraid to ask tough questions.
• You communicate with ease, both written and verbal.
• You possess confidence and mental toughness.
• You're a go-getter, full of energy, and curiosity
• You are passionate about helping others achieve financial peace.
• You have your Michigan Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (If you don't, we'll help you get it.)
• You have your Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 66 (If you don't we'll help you get them.)

What Winning Looks Like:

• Make 50+ outbound prospecting calls per day
• Schedule and maintain two qualified appointments per day
• Maintain detailed notes on all meetings internal and external
• MDRT Achievement
