Role Description
We are seeking experienced Insurance Advisors to join our team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity designed for driven professionals looking to expand their practice within a collaborative and client-focused environment. You’ll guide individuals, families, and businesses through comprehensive insurance and financial planning solutions, helping them protect what matters and plan for a secure future.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide personalized insurance and protection strategies (life, disability, long-term care, etc.)
• Support clients with retirement and legacy planning
• Identify opportunities for financial growth and protection
• Leverage Fortis Lux’s holistic planning tools and platform to serve clients efficiently
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
• Active state life and health insurance license required
• Proven experience as a licensed insurance advisor or financial professional
• Strong understanding of life insurance, annuities, and other protection products
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
• FINRA licenses (Series 6/7 & 63/65/66) are a plus
