Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their firm, responsible for creating and nurturing long-term client relationships while actively participating in the advanced planning process. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective clients through our lead system and build a personal network to generate referrals from clients and centers of influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their financial objectives and concerns, ensuring accountability for client retention.
• Enhance client relationships through ongoing education, exceptional service, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Prepare agendas for client meetings and ensure timely completion of post-meeting action items.
• Conduct financial planning analyses and wealth management activities, ensuring client assets align with their risk tolerance and goals.
• Gather and analyze client data to develop comprehensive financial plans, recommend appropriate solutions, and assist with plan implementation.
• Collaborate with the support team to provide prompt and thorough client service.
• Work with clients’ other professionals, such as attorneys and CPAs, to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Develop relationships with Centers of Influence to obtain potential client referrals.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and proactively seek referrals to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information in the CRM system.
• Represent the firm positively and professionally in all interactions.
• Participate in team projects and assist with initiatives to streamline firm policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, ideally bringing a book of business.
