Job summary

CCR Wealth Management in Massachusetts is looking for an ambitious Financial Advisor to join our team and grow long-term client relationships. You will work with senior advisors to support and manage a diverse book of clients, delivering tailored financial guidance and investment strategies.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of wealth management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and licenses (Series 7 and 63 or 65/66).

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of wealth management and/or financial planning experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized institution.
  • Series 7 and 63 (or 65 and 66) licenses required.
  • Life/Health/Variable Annuity licenses preferred.
  • CFP designation strongly preferred or the ability to obtain it within a designated timeframe.
  • Clean U-4 record

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior advisors to support and manage client relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and leverage referral networks to drive growth.
  • Develop a pipeline of new business through networking, prospecting, and centers of influence.
  • Provide exceptional service and financial guidance, ensuring clients receive personalized strategies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolios and identify opportunities in investment, retirement, estate, tax, and insurance planning.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and proactively recommend strategies that align with clients’ evolving financial needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized institution
  • Series 7 and 63 (or 65 and 66) required
  • Clean U-4 record
  • Life/Health/Variable Annuity licenses preferred
  • CFP designation strongly preferred or the ability to obtain it within a designated timeframe
