We are currently seeking a full-time Financial Accounting & Compliance Manager to join our team on-site in Long Island City, Queens. We offer a competitive salary and year-end discretionary bonus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA certification required
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting
  • Construction accounting experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze GAAP internal financial statements
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with ESOP regulations and Bank Credit Agreements
  • Coordinate all attest work with external CPA firms
  • Oversee and monitor the filings of all tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Develop and maintain financial projections to support the business planning and decision making
  • This candidate will report directly to the CFO
