Responsibilities

This position is for a Manager. The Manager will be part of a team that assists life sciences companies in building and managing compliance programs. Key tasks include critically analyzing existing policies and procedures, helping clients enhance their internal controls, and supporting operational efficiency. The individual will work independently on activities such as compliance program gap analyses, risk assessments, internal controls evaluations, audit preparations, training, interviews, strategic analyses, benchmarking, and advisory support related to healthcare compliance.

Relevant Capabilities and Experience

• Enterprise and compliance risk assessments
• Development and delivery of training sessions
• Audit preparation, including mock interviews and audit readiness
• Conducting interviews related to compliance policies and processes
• Drafting management reports
• Navigating matrixed organizations
• Developing project plans and managing teams
• Evaluating and improving business processes and controls
• Effective writing skills for senior management reports and team collaboration

Qualifications

• Expertise in the seven elements of an effective compliance program
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a compliance role within life sciences, consulting, or government (e.g., HHS-OIG, DOJ)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
• Ability to conduct business development activities
• Collaborative, team-oriented, with strong project management and mentorship skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree; Master's or JD preferred
• Authorized to work in the US
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
