Job summary

TSMC is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting routines and assist with the period-end close process at our Phoenix facility. You will ensure data integrity across ERP systems, prepare reconciliations, and support financial reporting and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration and at least 3 years of related experience, with GAAP/IFRS knowledge and SAP ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• 3+ years of related accounting/cost accounting experience.
• Experience with GAAP and IFRS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support transactional processing across ERP systems and adhere to policies.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP systems with data validation and updates.
• Assist with period-end close, reconciliations and close schedules.
• Support financial reporting and audit compliance with timely data and documentation.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
