Key duties include reconciling bank activity, posting journal entries, and completing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closes while collaborating with Shared Services and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger for multiple locations following company policies.
• Reconcile bank activity daily and manage customer accounts while coordinating with internal partners.
• Prepare and post journal entries to record transactions.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and related tasks.
• Analyze location financial statements to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
• Maintain organized financial records and support audit requirements.
