Willis Automotive is seeking a Financial Accountant to support the dealership’s month‑end financial reporting, costing and posting of deals, payroll calculations for sales staff, and balance sheet reconciliations.

You will prepare monthly statements, participate in budgeting, and provide regular reporting compared to budget, using CDK dealership management software and Excel. Detail orientation and teamwork are essential. AA accounting background preferred. Competitive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Detail oriented and organized in work.
• AA degree in Accounting preferred but not required.
• Three plus years accounting experience.
• Expert excel skills.
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CDK dealership management software preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and supplemental reporting.
• Prepare payroll calculations for sales staff that are on commission-based pay plans.
• Cost and post all new and pre-owned car deals.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process, and provide monthly reporting comparing actual results to budget.
• Various other reporting and reconciliations as required.
