You will monitor access, provide customer service, and respond to incidents at a financial institution, in a full-time role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/incidents documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location, including interior/exterior areas and perimeters.
• Communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
