Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include armed guard card or license.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Criminal histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.
• Industry-specific security training programs.
• State/local licensing may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of observations, incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
