Job summary

The Volvo Group, Arrow Truck Sales division, is seeking an Accounting & Inventory/Title Specialist to support accounting transactions, buy packages, inventory records and vehicle title processing across our dealership network in the Northeast region.

You will ensure accurate financial postings, manage AP processing, and maintain title documentation in compliance with company policies and state motor vehicle regulations, providing timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of sales, cost of sales, and posting to the accounting system.
• Enter deposits into the accounting system, including cash, credit card, and wire transactions; maintain cash handling and wire notification systems.
• Process buys and trade packages in accordance with established company policies and procedures; execute vehicle title processing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory transactions and title processing; communicate with branches and purchasers regarding issues.
• Identify discrepancies in buy packages and title documentation; communicate findings for resolution.
• Assist with processing Premium buys, invoices, and title documentation; oversee Premium title issues.
• Perform month-end close tasks, reconcile general ledger accounts, and provide reporting to management.
• Shred voided checks per procedures and file 1099 forms at year-end.
