Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a seasoned AI/Finance Transformation professional to design and deliver AI-enabled finance solutions. You will architect across infrastructure, models, and applications to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, close, and consolidation processes.

You will translate client needs into technical designs, work with developers, and run workshops, demos, and deployments, while managing risks and dependencies in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience with software development using Python or similar languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch for customers.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building pipelines for structured/unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of finance transformation solutions using data, automation, ML, and AI capabilities.
• Architect AI solutions across infrastructure, model, and application layers for finance use cases (planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, consolidations).
• Translate business and technical requirements into AI-related designs and implementation plans.
• Partner with developers to build AI-enabled solutions and provide design guidance during development and testing.
• Develop data analytics assets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Contribute to client workshops, solution demos, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify delivery risks and track dependencies across cross-functional teams.
