Job summary

SolomonEdwards is seeking a strong Project Manager with Finance Transformation experience to support a Treasury transformation initiative. The role blends project leadership with finance know-how, ensuring governance, risk management, and timely delivery across Finance, Treasury, IT, and Legal teams.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple cross-functional workstreams, maintain detailed plans, and drive testing and implementation activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strong Project or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Finance background or significant experience working within Finance organizations.
• Strong project governance, milestone tracking, and execution skills.
• Experience working across business and IT teams.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution across multiple Finance transformation workstreams.
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate approximately three globally distributed cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, IT, and Legal.
• Manage dependencies across interconnected workstreams.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Provide regular status updates to Transformation Leads and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables remain on track.
• Support governance and control requirements.
• Incorporate change management checkpoints into project planning and execution.
• Support workflow and technology implementation activities.
• Help identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Coordinate testing, simulation, and implementation activities.
• Ensure project documentation and processes are maintained.
