Job summary

SolomonEdwards is seeking a strong Project Manager with Finance Transformation experience to join a newly evolving Treasury transformation initiative. The role builds new processes around cash and debt management while moving from design into testing and implementation.

Ideal candidates will be 70% PM and 30% Finance professional, comfortable with finance language, governance, controls, and reporting, and able to drive multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strong Project or Program Management experience.
• Finance background or significant experience working within Finance organizations.
• Strong governance, milestone tracking, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution across multiple Finance transformation workstreams.
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate three globally distributed cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, IT, and Legal.
• Manage dependencies across interconnected workstreams.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Provide regular status updates to Transformation Leads and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables remain on track.
• Support governance and control requirements.
• Incorporate change management checkpoints into project planning and execution.
