Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including FP&A, Financial Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Accounting Operations, Close & Consolidation.
• Experience partnering directly with executive stakeholders, including CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and Finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple finance transformation projects simultaneously from planning through execution and successful delivery.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, HR, and Technology stakeholders to define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive implementation of finance technology solutions, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive communications across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party implementation partners, and external vendors.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.

As part of this transformation, they are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead multiple strategic initiatives spanning finance systems, process optimization, automation, and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple finance transformation projects simultaneously from planning through execution and successful delivery.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, HR, and Technology stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive implementation of finance technology solutions, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive communications across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party implementation partners, and external vendors.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
• Support business process redesign, operating model improvements, and finance automation initiatives.
• Ensure successful organizational change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, controls, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
• Develop project documentation, business requirements, RAID logs, and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including FP&A, Financial Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Accounting Operations, Close & Consolidation
• Experience partnering directly with executive stakeholders, including CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and Finance leadership.
• Proven success delivering large-scale finance systems implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with finance platforms such as OneStream, Pigment, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital finance initiatives.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.
