You will coordinate cross‑workstream activities, help manage governance, and ensure readiness for go‑live while partnering with finance, technology, and external partners.

This role starts with Oracle‑focused work for the next 12 months and then expands to broader PMO initiatives, including integration efforts and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
• Experience supporting ERP or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and sessions; manage logistics, calendars, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, action logs, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document key decisions and actions, and track follow-through.
• Draft, organize, and distribute project documentation, governance materials, and PMO updates.
• Support onboarding of project resources, access requests, and workspace setup.
• Manage SharePoint or similar spaces to keep information organized and accessible.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, partners, and vendors for readiness.
• Support PMO leadership in tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Provide general administrative support to improve efficiency of the Oracle ERP program.
