Job summary

Shield AI seeks a Finance Transformation Change Lead to drive readiness and adoption across major Finance transformations, starting with an Oracle ERP implementation. You will manage internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination to prepare employees and leaders for new systems and operating models.

The role focuses on Oracle ERP for 12 months, with future expansion to other Finance initiatives, including integration and systems modernization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in organizational change management, communications, program management, HR, or related field.
• Experience supporting complex technology, ERP, or enterprise process-change initiatives.
• Strong written communication, facilitation, and executive-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across functions and levels as a senior individual contributor.
• Experience developing communications, leading employee engagement, coordinating training.
• Able to simplify complex system and process changes for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Change Sponsor and vendor’s Change Management Lead to execute internal change, communications, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Translate change plan into clear, timely communications across Shield AI channels.
• Develop and lead a cross-functional Change Champion Network to reinforce messages and surface feedback.
• Build leadership alignment by preparing talking points, briefings, and forums for leaders.
• Identify and address resistance and people-related risk with program stakeholders.
• Coordinate training readiness activities, including train-the-trainer sessions and end-user training schedules.
• Maintain the Oracle ERP information hub and keep documents current and accessible.
• Coordinate onsite engagement, leadership sessions, and readiness events at milestones.
• Track feedback and readiness signals to improve communications and adoption support.
• Support additional Finance transformations after Oracle ERP implementation.
