Job summary

Athene is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Analyst in the United States to independently lead defined projects and workstreams across the Finance organization. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance transformation or related fields.
• Ability to own projects from planning through implementation across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with executive-ready materials.
• Experience applying automation, data, and AI to finance processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined Finance transformation projects from planning through implementation, establishing scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success measures.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable plans by analyzing processes, data, controls, requirements, and impacts.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Finance, Technology, and business partners, managing priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, and commitments.
• Develop executive-ready analyses, business cases, presentations, and status updates for decision-making.
• Drive readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes through testing, training, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to use technology, automation, data, and AI to improve Finance processes.
