Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Director of Finance & Transformation to lead the Finance Data and Transformation team, partnering with Technology to optimize Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM and adjacent finance apps.

You will translate finance needs into scalable technology solutions, govern design and configuration, oversee delivery from requirements to production, and build a high-performing, offshore-enabled organization with strong executive partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
10+ years in finance systems, including leadership of distributed/offshore teams.
Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM.
Experience eliciting requirements and designing finance solutions in controlled environments.
Proven liaison between Finance and Technology with cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance–Technology partnership and demand management for Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM and related apps.
Govern design, configuration, testing, and deployment across the finance portfolio.
Oversee project delivery from requirements through to production support and benefits realization.
Establish governance, incident management, and continuous improvement in the finance systems landscape.
