Piper Sandler is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation to lead a bold reimagining of the finance function from the CFO's office. Based in Minneapolis, MN or New York, NY, you will shape multi-year roadmaps, drive organizational change, and partner with IT, finance, and business lines to delivering value through AI and analytics.

You'll stand up transformation management, define metrics, and secure buy-in across senior stakeholders while maintaining operational continuity.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in finance.
• 5+ years in senior leadership position in finance.
• Proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with C-suite/CFO-level stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide change.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CFO to reimagine the finance operating model and lead organizational change.
• Establish and drive a multi-year roadmap for finance transformation aligned to the firm’s priorities.
• Stand up and lead transformation management across technology, process, and people.
• Define value-realization metrics and communicate transformation impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to drive transformation execution and secure buy-in across IT and finance teams.
