Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategist at the intersection of AI, data, and business transformation to shape Finance AI programs for global clients. You will lead from vision to delivery, building strong C-suite relationships and defining the roadmap for AI-infused Finance transformations.

This role demands deep expertise in enterprise data, ROI modeling, and scalable delivery across multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years fluency in AI & Data Strategy from enterprise data architecture to function-level plays.
• 5+ years of Finance AI and Data work focusing on CFO operations and ROI impact.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models with funding outcomes.
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis informing C-suite decisions.
• 5+ years leading client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements.

Responsibilities

• Shape and connect Finance AI strategies to real business outcomes like revenue and cost takeout.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Design AI and data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, operating models and talent.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and sequencing roadmaps.
• Assess AI/data maturity and identify required changes across organizations.
• Sequence delivery of data elements and features to scale impact.
• Embed Responsible AI as a differentiator in client engagements.
• Identify AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships for revenue growth.
