Transamerica in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Finance Transformation professional to drive standardized accounting processes using Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub. You will lead projects, map requirements to FAH configurations, and collaborate across finance, tech, and controls teams.

The role requires 5+ years in financial technology change management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a background in multi-ledger or multi-GAAP environments. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in financial technology change management projects, with a focus on finance, financial systems, and business analysis.
• Analytical and problem solving skills; excellent communication and consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects, develop plans, manage timelines, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Translate requirements into FAH and Subledger Accounting designs and configurations.
• Partner with finance, technology, data, reporting, and controls teams on interfaces, data validation, and process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration docs, and test scenarios.
