Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a finance transformation lead to drive Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub and Subledger Accounting implementations across multi-ledger environments. You will translate business needs into functional designs and coordinate with finance, technology, data, reporting, and controls teams.

You will guide junior analysts through project delivery, oversee timelines, and ensure accurate accounting results in complex ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects from planning to delivery.
• Translate requirements into FAH and SLA designs and configurations.
• Analyze source transactions, mappings, intercompany, and suspense logic.
• Collaborate with finance, technology, data, reporting, and controls teams on interfaces and data validation.
• Prepare specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, test scenarios, and accounting rule documentation.
• Support system integration, user acceptance testing, and regression testing; triage defects and validate accounting results.
• Reconcile results across source systems, FAH, GL, and downstream reporting; support post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify design risks, configuration gaps, defects, and dependencies; provide guidance to junior analysts.
