Qualifications

• WIP accounting knowledge including percent of completion, unearned revenue, and overbuild/underbuilt scenarios.
• Accounting foundation from prior work.
• Technical competency with databases and multiple accounting systems.
• Finance background and forecasting/budgeting capability, including ability to build 3 to 5-year regional forecasts with operating leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and operations leads to drive growth and margin optimization across multiple locations.
• Hands-on, operator-first environment with exposure to board-level strategy and M&A decisions.
• Work closely with regional presidents to implement financial plans and optimize performance across sites.
