Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead large-scale transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients. You will shape AI-driven finance solutions, build CFO-level relationships, and drive end-to-end deal origination through delivery.

You will own domain expertise across F&A towers, design compelling value propositions, and contribute to market-facing opinions on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation in consulting or Managed Services.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply AI, intelligent automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation programmes into financially clear narratives to win client confidence and close deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a recognised specialist in at least one F&A tower, leading process re-engineering and digital transformation.
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing points of view on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
