Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead high-impact F&A transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend deep Finance expertise with AI and ERP technologies, selling, shaping, and delivering complex programs globally.

In this senior client-facing role, you will build CFO-level relationships, drive deal lifecycle from origination to close, and guide cross-functional teams through digital reinvention and AI integration across multiple F&A domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
10+ years of experience in large-scale Finance sales or transformation in consulting/Managed Services.
7+ years of experience in Insurance, Banking, or capital markets.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — Advise CFOs and Finance leadership, shaping strategy and generating opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply AI, automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
