Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead large-scale F&A transformation for Fortune 500 clients in a senior, client‑facing role. You will sell, shape, and deliver cross‑functional programs leveraging AI and ERP ecosystems to transform finance operating models.

Responsibilities include managing the full deal lifecycle, building CFO-level relationships, and driving credible, value‑driven proposals across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A towers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting and CPA or equivalent.
At least 10 years in large-scale finance sales or transformation.
Minimum 7 years in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A sales and practice, manage the full deal lifecycle.
Build CFO/CAO relationships and shape opportunities.
Design AI-first F&A solutions with ERP tech.
Translate transformations into clear commercial value.
Establish expertise in PT P, OTC, RTR, or FP&A domains.
Contribute to market-facing viewpoints on Finance Reinvention.
