Amazon.com Services LLC is recruiting for a Sr. Accounting Transformation Program Analyst to join the Finance and Business Integration team in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will influence launches across consumer products, digital initiatives, and cloud computing lines, collaborating with global financial systems, accounting operations, tax, treasury, and other stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to scope business requirements,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.
• Experience with automated processes and financial systems is a plus.
• 2+ years of Fortune 500 operational accounting experience (preferred).
• CPA (preferred).
• Knowledge of internal control framework (COSO) to assess design and efficiency.
• Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification.
• Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients.
• Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Own and Manage: lifecycle activities from planning to stakeholder engagement for multiple projects.
• Automate: lead the design of processes and tools to simplify financial statement processes.
• Support Expansion: ensure controlled processes for accurate financial statements as the business grows.
• Consult: act as a trusted adviser to partner with various stakeholders across Amazon.
• Make Decisions: empower decisions to drive project completion.
• Collaborate: work with Amazonians from diverse backgrounds.
