Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent education
• Eight years of relevant accounting/finance experience with complex financial analysis
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Understand business/organizational strategies and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication to convey financial analysis clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound and logical decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration in teams with GAAP familiarity and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business consultant to supported lines of business
• Lead performance evaluations and prepare executive-level financial insights
• Own development of short- and long-term forecasts and the annual financial plan
• Provide financial guidance for new product development, pricing, and investments
• Mentor analysts and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
