Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead high-impact transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend deep F&A expertise with fluency in AI and ERP ecosystems, driving deals from origination to implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA or equivalent.
10+ years in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation experience in consulting or Managed Services.
7+ years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through shaping, presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — Advise CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership to influence strategy and generate opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
Shape compelling value propositions — Translate transformation programmes into clear narratives to win client CFO confidence and close large deals.
Deliver deep domain expertise — Be a recognised specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A).
Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing views on Finance Reinvention, AI in F&A, and future of the function.
