Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex Finance Transformation initiatives in a hybrid Portland setting. You will drive planning, delivery, and governance across finance, business, and technology teams, leveraging Agile and Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, sprints, and reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with vendors and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

8+ years IT project management experience leading large cross-functional tech programs.
Experience delivering projects with Agile methodologies.
Hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) including backlog mgmt, sprint planning.
Leadership of Finance Transformation or finance-related enterprise projects.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial governance.
Stakeholder management across business, finance, tech, vendors, and execs.
Experience with enterprise apps, system integrations, and reporting platforms.
Risk, issue, dependency management and governance.
Overseeing SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, and production readiness.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Preferred: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday Financials.
Experience in GL, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, or compliance.
PMI/SAFe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation programs aligned to business priorities.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and changes.
Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple teams with transparency.
Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, planning, tracking, and governance.
Coordinate activities with business, finance, technology, and vendors.
Facilitate governance meetings, steering updates, and exec status reports.
Support finance process improvements and digital transformation efforts.
Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment planning, cutover readiness, and production readiness.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and adoption plans.
