Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead Finance Transformation initiatives from Portland, OR in a hybrid setup. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee governance, budgeting, and risk management to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires 8+ years of IT project management and hands-on Azure DevOps experience, with a focus on finance systems and enterprise transformations. A PMP/PMI-ACP/SAFe background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT project management for large-scale initiatives.
• Experience delivering Agile projects.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps with backlog mgmt and governance.
• Finance transformation or finance systems project experience.
• Experience with ERP/finance platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation programs.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls across complex enterprise initiatives.
• Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous progress.
• Use Azure DevOps, or ADO, for backlog management, sprint planning, work tracking, reporting, governance, and delivery oversight.
• Partner with business, finance, technology, and vendor stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve delivery challenges.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, executive status reporting, and decision-making forums.
• Support finance business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, control, and scalability.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment planning, cutover readiness, production readiness, and post-implementation support activities.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, adoption plans, communications, and overall project engagement.
• Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely escalation when needed.
• Help ensure finance technology solutions are delivered with quality, consistency, and measurable business value.
