Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – Finance Transformation to lead large-scale finance technology programs, partnering with business, finance, technology, and vendor teams from planning through delivery in a Portland hybrid setting.

You will drive Agile delivery, apply Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint planning and governance, manage SIT/UAT, deployment readiness, and ensure measurable business value while maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT Project Management experience with large-scale, cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Mandatory experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience including backlog management, sprint planning and reporting.
• Proven experience leading Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, or finance-related enterprise tech projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasts, and financial governance experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across business, finance, technology, vendors and executives.
• Experience overseeing enterprise applications, system integrations, reporting platforms and process modernization.
• PM/Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation programs aligned to priorities, timelines and budgets.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls.
• Drive Agile delivery across multiple teams with transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate backlog management, sprint planning, and governance in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with business, finance, technology and vendor stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment planning, cutover readiness and production readiness.
• Ensure adoption, communications, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
