Job summary

Owens & Minor in Richmond, VA seeks a Senior Director of Finance Transformation to lead the strategic evolution of our finance function, driving process standardization, technology modernization, and data-driven decision support across a complex distribution and product portfolio.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement and IT leaders to deliver multi-year roadmaps, implement automation, and strengthen controls while improving profitability and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent advanced certification preferred.
12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
5+ years leading large-scale finance transformation programs.
Experience with ERP implementations/enhancements and finance modernization.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise finance transformation strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Build and drive a multi-year roadmap across people, process, technology, data, and governance.
Partner with SVP/CFO and cross-functional leaders to improve financial performance and scalability.
Oversee end-to-end process redesign in P2P, O2C, F2P, and cost accounting.
Drive ERP optimization and adoption of AI/ML solutions for data quality and reporting.
