Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- MBA/CPA/CMA or equivalent advanced certification preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading large-scale finance transformation programs.
- Experience in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, healthcare products, or supply chain industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise finance transformation strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap across people, process, technology, data, and governance.
- Partner with IT to modernize the finance technology landscape and drive ERP optimization.
- Improve visibility into profitability by customer, product, channel, distribution center, and geography.
- Coach finance leaders on process excellence, digital capabilities, and change leadership.
