Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Senior Director, Finance Transformation to lead the strategic evolution of the finance function across a distributed and product-driven organization.

You will develop a multi-year roadmap, drive process standardization, technology modernization, and data-enabled decision support, partnering with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT leaders to enable enterprise-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale finance transformation programs.
• Experience within distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, healthcare products, or supply chain-heavy industries.
• Demonstrated ERP implementations/enhancements and finance modernization.
• Strong knowledge of BI and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise finance transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with IT to modernize the finance technology landscape and ERP optimization.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML solutions to improve data quality and reporting.
• Coach finance leaders and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure governance, performance, and cost-reduction in finance initiatives.
