Experience leading delivery from workshops to CXO presentations.
Strong change management, outsourcing, and shared services experience.
Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite on business challenges.
Design and implement strategic initiatives aligned with client priorities.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Develop expertise in practice areas.
Contribute to business development initiatives.
Guide Finance transformation and ERP strategy, including maturity assessments and operating model design.
Establish Transformation Offices and oversee cross-functional teams.
Identify and develop client opportunities to improve value delivery.
