• Experience leading delivery from workshops to CXO presentations.
• Strong change management, outsourcing, and shared services experience.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Job Summary
The Technology Program Manager will support project delivery while contributing to business development efforts. The role requires strong consulting, transformation, ERP, and client management experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders on business challenges.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives aligned with client priorities.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
• Develop expertise in one or more practice areas.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on Finance transformation and ERP strategy, including:
  • Ambition setting
  • Maturity assessments
  • Operational improvement across processes, technology, and organization
  • Digital tools and solution recommendations
  • Target operating model development
  • Shared Service Center (SSC) design
• Develop the case for change, including business cases covering people, process, technology, and data for enterprise digital-core transformations.
• Optimize functional performance across organization, process, and technology.
• Design and transition clients to new operating models.
• Establish and manage Transformation Offices serving as control towers across multiple programs.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams working locally and virtually.
• Identify and develop opportunities with clients to enhance value delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Consulting experience in:
  • Finance transformation
  • ERP consulting, including maturity assessments, vendor evaluations, and transformation roadmaps
  • Process consulting and re-engineering
  • Target operating models
  • Business case development
• In-depth experience with core SAP S/4HANA enterprise functions.
• Experience implementing or consulting on Central Finance.
• End-to-end knowledge of the Record-to-Report process, including intercompany and consolidation.
• Experience owning project delivery or workstreams from workshops through CXO-level presentations.
• Organizational change management experience.
• Outsourcing and shared services experience.
• Strong planning, organization, and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or knowledge of BlackLine and/or OneStream.
