Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in financial consulting or advisory, or in rotational programs developing financial leaders.
• Experience as consultant in FP&A, accounting, finance transformation, or related areas.
• Ability to quickly synthesize complex financial issues into actionable recommendations.
• Expertise with Excel; ability to build financial models with minimal oversight.
• Ability to travel to client sites and FT I office(s) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support client engagements with internal teams.
• Lead engagement work streams with limited oversight.
• Create knowledge management tools, reports, models, and checklists.
• Assist with internal practice development and marketing materials.
• Train and coach junior team members.
