Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation Change Management & Enablement to lead people, process, and adoption strategies for Finance Transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with Finance leaders, HR, technology teams, and external vendors to enable adoption of new ways of working and build capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

10-15+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management or enterprise transformation.
Experience leading change management for large-scale programs (ERP, M&A, operating model redesign).
Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders without formal authority.
Experience building and scaling change management teams or centers of excellence.
Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey Influence Model or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Define strategy, governance, and sustainable organizational capability for Finance Transformation.
Lead end-to-end change management for Finance Transformation programs.
Develop and execute integrated change management plans including communications and training.
Partner with Finance process owners to translate changes into roles and training.
Drive cultural alignment and adoption, measure with KPIs.
