Job summary

Yum! Brands in Louisville, KY seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader to standardize, improve and automate financial control processes within a global finance structure.

You will modernize the finance organization, report to the Global Finance Shared Service Center Leader, and may have 1–2 direct reports. The role requires three days per week in the Louisville office, with a salary range of $110,500–$130,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, change management, and business partnership.
• Proven track record as a change agent with experience leading process standardization and automation efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguity, developing structured processes and influencing stakeholders to achieve alignment and execution.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control process standardization initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness.
• Influence process owner subject matter experts to deliver efficiencies.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, providing counsel on financial process standardization, process optimization, and automation strategies.
• Define and implement finance process automation frameworks and methodologies that guide the organization through periods of transformation.
• Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of processes across global operations.
• Partner with finance leaders to ensure automation strategies are embedded within their teams and consistently executed globally.
• Develop methods for tracking, measuring and quantifying the success of automation initiatives, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness and sustainability.
